MY STORY
Passion, a word layered with many meanings. For me most powerful and meaningful word in the world. It has always represented one thing; the connection that I feel with my body and its' optimum health capacity to perform during any circumstances. I don't train for the aesthetics, not because I don't like looking good (I mean who doesn't like to look and feel good), but because I know that looks are just a byproduct of a more amazing feeling.

That is how I feel every time I help someone reach their fitness goals. Therefore for the past 5 years my goal has been to help my clients to reach their goal so that they can also feel the passion and the accomplishment of enhancing one's physical performance.
